Do you want to return the ordered products?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the ordered products without giving any reason.
Download the withdrawal form and fill it out. You can attach it to the package being returned or send it to us via e-mail:
The refund amount you will receive will be equal to the amount you have paid for the products. You send the returned products to us at your own expense - we do not accept COD shipments.
